"Our stay at Lotte Arai Resort was nothing short of magical — truly a winter wonderland experience from start to finish. One of the standout conveniences was the complimentary shuttle service to and from the station. It made arrival and departure completely seamless and stress-free, especially when travelling with winter gear. From the moment we stepped onto the shuttle, everything felt easy and well-organised. During my first visit we had a few challenges due to my disability, but on this trip everything went smoothly and we were able to interact very well. "They, the staff, exceeded my expectations . Courteous, helpful, kind and pleasant are words that I would use to describe them. Everyone greets you with a bow and civility, right down to the hardest workers in the hotel. For that, i will surely come back. My stay at the Prince Hotel East was worth every yen and then some. I originally was suppose to stay at the Sunvalley Hotel, in Shiga Kogen. I lost my reservation there due to payment issues. I was hesitant about coming to the Prince Hotel. It was my first time. The room i stayed in was probably one of the best i have seen for the price. The next time I am in Shiga Kogen, i am staying at the Prince Hotel East, without a doubt."
