We had a great stay. The property is perfect for a family or couple on a beach stay. It has a comfortable seating area near the strand with a fire pit to enjoy sunsets. Perfect for beach days!

Prime location!

We loved staying in this bottom unit! It’s like 10 feet from the beach. Literally the owner was very responsive and accommodating and had everything you needed to cook meals do laundry, etc. we will definitely be coming back!

Great birthday!

We had a great time! You can't beat the view ! Cottage had everything we needed for a nice relaxing 5 days..Loved sitting out on the strand and watching and people go by. Thank you so much to jessica for making our stay even better she is a very hard worker and if we needed a ything she would go out of her way to make sure we got it ..And Ray was a great host! We will be back to stay again.. Than you so much Skip and Gina ouout byvthe strand

Beach getaway

The location was perfect for our needs. Owners have been doing a lot of upgrades apparently. Beds were comfy, linens were lovely and lots of towels and beach towels. The kitchen was not equipped for anything but the simplest cooking yet. But when we called our hostess to report that I was cooking soup for dinner on our night of arrival and there was only one single bowl to eat from, she dropped everything and delivered 8 soup bowls immediately. I would be happy to rent this unit again! Thank you!

Overall we had a nice time and it's a great unit and location. Owner and property manager have excellent communication skills and helped us with everything we needed. Spoke with the owner and he is planning to make updates to the unit and outdoor area. The shower is beautiful and you can’t beat the location.

4th of July getaway

Terrific experience staying at this location. The unit was clean, the host was in direct communication with us. The location of this unit is prime for a relaxing and fun time at the beach. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good time at the beach .

Labor Day Weekend

Lower unit has all that you need for a beach getaway. Best part of our stay is feeling like a local. We all had a great time. This was our second stay. Hope to be back soon. Thanks for everything Ray!

Ray was fantastic

While it didn't work for us to end up staying there Ray was a great host. He worked with us to find a solution and was very professional. Would highly recommend him as a host and try and stay with him in the future.

Awesome Place, Amazing View & Perfect location!!

We absolutely loved our stay in Oceanside! The place was clean and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Our favorite part was hanging out by the fire pit and watching all the action on the Strand and watching the sunset behind the pier. The location for us was perfect. We walked pretty much the entire time we were there. Ray was an amazing host and made sure we had everything we needed and was super responsive getting back to me if I had a question. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again the next time we are in Oceanside!

Location exceptional. Unit needs work.

Loved outside near the water. Needed improved basics inside. Better plate wear, cooking pans, knives, more silverware etc. needed. Main chair broken, coffee maker broken, kitchen faucet loose, etc. Beds and bedding excellent. Shower fun. Not a lot of money just improve the basics.
