The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We cook at the condo and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Good location and close to everything in the complex.

Great stay

The condo was clean and exactly what we needed, the location was fantastically close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants, the grounds of the property were beautiful and impeccably kept, and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Oceanside 70.3 Ironman weekend

Quick weekend for the Oceanside 70.3 Ironman. Condo was in a great location and the property was really nice. The condo was clean and just as pictured. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Condo

Our third time staying at this complex and this was the nicest condo so far. Very clean and easily accessible. All we needed was at our fingertips. For a quick trip for therapy from MI we need a place like this, and we were very pleased with the property

Best place ever!

Our stay here was very incredible. The kind employees and property managers were very quick at responding and very accommodating. The grounds here are beautiful and well kept. My kids got to feed baby ducklings and koi fish. The condo was so cute and perfect for our little family. We will definitely be staying here every time we come to visit Oceanside! Everything was so simple and explained very well with checking in and checking out! It makes traveling with kids so much easier. Thankyou!!

Great location- disappointing cleanliness

Bed and bathroom covers and linens / towels need replaced. Fixture components in bathroom stool need fixed/replaced. Ants in bathroom and kitchen. Live and dead bugs seen under bed sheets. We have photos- submitted to VACASA.

Great condo and location!

This was an excellent location and accommodation for our family! It was on the beach, with a few minute walk to different beaches. We especially loved Harbor Beach that we easily walked over to. We loved that option. It was very convenient to go out the gates on the beach and watch the sun set. The condo was very clean and a comfortable layout for us, with a good kitchen. We were impressed with how quiet neighbors were. A big bonus was the good-sized patio where we stored our beach gear and hung things to dry. Another great thing about the condo complex was the lush grounds, big pool, awesome gym, and gated parking. It was also an easy drive to San Diego and Torrey Pines State Park.

tidy, quiet and convenient. Great location

Great place that was convenient for me and my daughters to stay while visiting family in the area. It would be better without carpet as there seemed to bean odor that wafted from it that was unpleasant. It has wall heaters from 1970s and we hit anew unusual cold spell for California and needed those heaters. The one in the bedroom carried an odor that was not pleasant, so we only used the other two. The fireplace did not work. I contacted the manager listed with my VRBO contact and she shortly replied to check with the property management about it. I didn't bother. This kind of thing should be well communicated when you are spending top dollar to stay at a VRBO. I have to deal with calling people to ensure stuff works at home, but make it a point not to do so on vacation time.

Great stay!

The condo was very clean and very and spacious for 2 adults and two kids. We really enjoyed the property itself. It is beautiful we also enjoyed the heated pool. It was a nice walk to the pier and the beach. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the restaurants on the harbor.

Beautiful resort!

The resort landscaping was amazing! It is beautiful there. Also, It was wonderful to have such close access to the ocean. The laundry room was clean and well-organized. The swim pool and hot tub areas were lovely and well-kept. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing all we needed.

Perfect stay!

We loved the condo and location, it was just a few steps to the beach! North Coastal Village is amazing, such beauty & great amenities! We used the gym & sauna, check in was easy. We will definitely come again.

Nice place

The house was a great size for our group. I would recommend bringing your own beach equipment. Only 2 chairs for a place that sleeps 4 and a small, broken boogie board. Other than that, it worked very well and was extremely close to the beach.

Beautiful & fun property with beach access! Modern clean condo!

Our family of 4 (2 daughters ages 6 & 11) stayed for 4 days & absolutely loved it! The property is a tropical paradise with Koi ponds, ducks, Jack rabbits, super fun billiard rooms, large gym with saunas, putting green, gorgeous pool & large spa. No matter what buildng/room you are in, the walk to the beach & any amenities is just a few minutes. B111 was decorated with a modern beachy asthetic & the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies and appliances. Everything was clean and all the extra towels, beach toys & games were an added bonus. Thanks so much ...we can't wait to come back!! Fun fact...when I was a kid, we came in the late 90s with my family a few times & the property is just as beautiful & fun as I remembered it! :)
