Only a few blocks away from beach and located in designated quiet zone. Walking distance to beach, coffee shops, and restaurants. Two-car garage has new epoxy floor making it an extra space for play, gathering, or storage. Water filtration system provides high quality drinking water for the whole house. Foldable beach chairs, beach umbrella, surf boards, bodyboards, beach towels etc are all available for guests’ use. BRAND NEW ChargePoint EV charger inside the garage for guests use.

Villa has three-levels with stairs connecting the various levels. It is not wheelchair accessible.
