「I had family emergency and needed to reschedule my stay. My agent and I tried contacting the hotel for three days and nobody answered or replied to emails. I travel to Jamaica few times a year, stayed in multiple hotels and customer service and communication in Sandals was the worst.」

Only one place to get them and they are so far from the other pools. Lots of walking so very inconvenient when you need something. No pool service at the other pools or bars. 「All of the staff were outstanding, the restaurant food was amazing however the service was very slow. The only other thing is as an older adult who doesn’t use social media and apps the information was available but you had to work a little for it.」
