"The staff was first-rate. The breakfast spread was good & varied, and the views from the roof-top breakfast room were really nice. The location is in the heart of the old district, which is a plus. That means the hotel is an easy walk to sites, as well as shops and places to eat. The problem is the street noise. "Just a normal hotel nothing fancy "

"They did not honor my room reservation. They instead put me up in adjacent hotel that had lower rates on Expedia. They rejected a refund request for the difference in Rate that I initiated with Expedia. Just not fair. "

"This hotel was closed down when we arrived even though i paid in full for three nights. There was a note on the door to try another hotel but it was full. It was midnight by the time my young son and i were able to find another hotel and pay."
