“Nice place in great location. Beds were comfy. Had almost everything we needed. Only complaint was people coming around the house thru the back yard to access a secondary yard. It was a bit awkward and we didn't feel comfortable opening the blinds since they walked right by or letting our kids play outside. I feel that should have been mentioned before we rented.”

“I stayed here for 4 days with my husband and 15 year old son. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve had in a while. Keep in mind this is not ocean front but is incredibly close walking distance to the ocean. The unit is upstairs from the main living area. Totally separate entrance. The unit itself doesn’t have a view but the patio on the canal is all yours. I drank coffee every morning out there with zero issues. In fact, we loved chatting with Nuel and asked for advice on the best……

“Great host, very responsive. The house wasn’t the cleanest. A bit deceiving in pictures. Smaller than I expected but overall it was great. The pool is warm, but intended for lounging not activities. Great for young kids being shallow. Slide was great to have. ”

“The house was clean and roomy. Beds were comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with. There was plenty to entertain everyone from TVs in each room to books to video game consoles, a nice backyard with playground equipment. Even a small backyard grill. My only complaint would be with the cooking equipment. Only cast iron skillets and no spatula. We managed anyway and had a good time.”

“Location! Location! Location! If you want walkable access to the beach, restaurants, shopping, night life, etc. This place has it all. The house is well appointed with convenience items and even beach gear. Does not have HVAC, but we never needed it. It’s right on the beach, so there was always a pacific breeze blowing right through the house. Friday and Saturday nights are very busy in the area, so noise increases and parking is almost impossible. The box fans provided were perfect for drowning……
