「The host was very welcoming- instructions to get in were very clear and easy. The place is very clean. Living room, dining room, and kitchen had a nice open layout that worked really well. As many mentioned- the shower pressure was great! We had a few small issues that the owner didn’t resolve when we were there, but all minor and we worked around them. Definitely bring your own spices and cooking oils as they are not there; we did as many places don’t have them. Laundry was very helpful....

「House was great! Plenty of room, clean, the neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Super short walk to the sand and a 2 block walk to the big grocery store. Area is awesome! Thankful for the garage to park in because the streets are crowded with cars but when it says the garage is small, it is. We have a Toyota mini van that only fits if we all got out of the car first before backing in. It was tight but thankful to have the garage! We were there on a rainy weekend and was looking forward to trying...

「Communication was excellent. The location was perfect. For anyone attending the Christmas boat parade, we walked to ninth Street and had the best seats. This location is close to Balboa pier, Balboa Island ferry, and excellent walkways. After seven days, we felt like we had walked at least 75% of Balboa Peninsula. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked.」

「The location was perfect. The amenities were slightly lacking, no shower soap, shampoo etc. No hair dryer but when asked about the hair dryer the host immediately acquired one for our use. We had already gone out and purchased shower amenities. No beach chairs but plenty of beach towels. It was an excellent location and very clean. I would hav come more prepared had I known the shower amenities were not provided.」

「I have been in many vrbos and this was the absolute best place. Roger was very nice and communicative. The house was huge and the location was perfect for walking to Disneyland. We didn't bring babies or toddlers, but the house has everything you need for them. Also, it's a fun place to stay if there are days you aren't going to Disneyland because they have an above ground pool and a hot tub. 」
