On my first day, the receptionist seemed to be in a hurry and was not willing to answer my questions. I think her shift was about to end, which may have been the reason.
I also had problems charging my EV. On the first day, the valet staff made the process difficult. They told me that all charging stations were occupied and that I needed to call repeatedly to check for availability. Instead, they should manage the charging schedule themselves and rotate the cars as charging stations become available. I don’t understand why guests need to keep calling and asking.
On my last day, the guest services staff told me that I needed to get my suitcases from the valet. However, when I spoke to the valet staff, they said that the bellboy was responsible for bringing the luggage, not them. After going back to guest services, the employee claimed that he had never told me to go to the valet and argued with me about it.
Overall, the service was inconsistent. While some employees were excellent, others were unhelpful and unprofessional."
