「This was the first time I’ve had to immediately leave a hotel upon arrival. The room was not cleaned, had no sheets on the bed, hair and pests throughout, and a shower window that appeared to expose the entire bathroom to the courtyard. The AC barely worked and there was no way to reach a live person for help despite multiple attempts — only automated responses until the next morning. 「Clean, wonderful staff in all areas, food was great and so were the drinks. Had dinner in Sand Bar and breakfast in Black Fin restaurants. Both outstanding. Tanya at the Black Fin was a rock star. Room in resort was clean and perfect. Made for a wonderful stay. 」
