“The hotel in general is pretty well maintained. It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful. My wife had her lips hurt when playing the sand boarding at Huacachina the day before getting to Cusco. The receptionist is……

Many restaurants, travel agencies, money exchanges nearby. -Clean and tidy -Breakfast is satisfactory -Bed is hugeeee, which made the room is too small:( -Wifi is weak, weak, weak -Water temperature and flow is ok -No fridge for the standard room ”

Ambiance, cleanliness, day of massage arrangements, cozy hot water bottle to warm the bed when we arrived so late after some travel hiccups. Had a balcony room and it was a lovely spot to sit. Doors not soundproof, and sound carries floor to floor up the central stairs. If the hotel calls a taxi, they come right up, but if your taxi drops you off you might get dropped a block or two away due to narrow/one way/not……

“Me preocupaba un poco el que alguien había dicho que su habitación fue ruidosa, pero definitivamente no fue el caso. No sé si tuvo que ver el que nos dieran una habitación en la sección más nueva del hotel, pero en ningún momento me pareció que la calle fuese ruidosa. El personal es excepcionalmente amable.
