"The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. There was a wonderful balcony and small garden, where we could enjoy Mount Fuji and relax while enjoying a cup of coffee. "As soon as you open the door you smell the mold! This should not be a rental as it cannot be safe to stay in. You can see the mold seeping through the walls (I have pucs if needed) and the smell is terrible! Communication was difficult prior to check in."
