"Incredible experience here! My wife and I had a last minute booking and the staff were so helpful. The property is beautiful, as was our room, and we really enjoyed our time there. "This is a very clean, well maintained, and pleasant boutique hotel. Both the staff at the front desk and the staff that cleans the rooms are courteous, considerate and very friendly. It is located in Politiama near the Garibaldi Theater. It is minutes walking distance to the historic center of Palermo. I had one small issue with the shower and the staff immediately changed my room for my duration there while they corrected the issue. And they were happy to do so. This is my third stay at this property and I highly recommend it."

"As a 3-star hotel, the Mediterraneo is excellent value for money and perfectly situated close to the Teatro Massimo and via Macqueda. The breakfast is excellent. However, it is a pity there is no kettle in the room for making tea or coffee. Also, there was no shower cap or shower gel. I have been coming to the Mediterraneo for 51 years (since 1975!). It has always been great under successive management. However, I would like to see a little more by way of facilities in the room, including also a stocked mini-bar."
