Palm Springs

Fun place to relax in the pool

We loved our stay here - we paid to have the pool heater on during the time and it was worth it. The house was great for our family of four plus dog - well-equipped kitchen, fun decor, comfy spots to relax both inside and out. There is a park nearby that we enjoyed walks to and there’s a path along the golf course for longer jaunts. Restaurants and other attractions not far to get to. It was a lovely stay!

Really run down...many things in need of repair...no working dining room light. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE

Would never stay there again. Very uncomfortable beds and furniture.

Arroyo Vista retreat

Great place to stay. Close to Demuth Park and convenient to shopping and dining. Kitchen fully equipped. Office space very usable. Pleasant palm Springs vibe. Hot tub was nice but quit heating. Ourside hammock needs repair. Wonderful water pressure in shower but drain in hall shower drain needs fixing. attention

Great location - Great home

The property is large, modern and conveniently located to downtown, it's an 11 dollar ride to Arenas or Downtown, walking distance to a really great park that you can walk the dogs and there's a nearby dog park too but the park itself is really awesome. The home's pool and hot tub soothed aching muscles and provided a nice amenity. The views are amazing as well.

Tidy and clean

Nice house, great yard and pool. Spa was in a separate area in front, totally private. Only complaint is the T.V.’s were difficult to work if you wanted to see network shows.

Beautiful, fun, relaxing.

I'll make it short. If you want a place that feels like it loves you & hugs you with wonderful kitchen amenities, a great floorplan, a cool pool (it was 111), and a great outside area...rent this gem. We were amazed and we never wanted to leave. We had recently stayed in a not-so-great place so this one was like we were being treated like royalty & we won't forget. A great kitchen with everything a cook (me!) needs, spacious areas, room for yoga (in or outside), great design, and just a perfect little place smackdab in a very run of the mill neighborhood. We loved every second of our 48 hours there.

Great home

The home was simply awesome with its pristine white color, and impressive furniture. Contrasting color inside. Great to see a small working den apart from 2B2B. Parking good enough for 1 car, but one can use the street for 2nd car park. Loved the stay though i feel tea bags/sugar could have been provided complimentary.

Convenient, spacious mid-century modern

Very nice home with lots of space, both inside and especially outside. Very clean. Kitchen is reasonably stocked. Mid-century modern furniture is appropriate, but not particularly comfortable. Easy walking distance to a large park and to a walking trail through a reserve that is a former golf course.

Cute track home

Nice amenities. Clean and comfortable beds. Cute outdoor space to sit and socialize by the pool and on the other side there is a table and chairs. That part is easy to miss unless you walk around the corner of the house. Living room, kitchenette and a dining room table. Four adults stayed comfortably. There was an extra room but I don’t think it would be comfortable to sleep in. There was a concern that we’ve reached out to the company to resolve. Hopefully, we hear back.

A getaway

It isn't the best but wasn't the worst. House is great, clean, comfortable but definitely needs an upgrade on amenities. Hot tub not hot. Heated pool not heated(w/additional charge paid). Ran out of propane and one morning without hot water. Was told to buy my own and be reimbursed.

Fantastic!

When we arrived, the key wasn't in the lockbox. Called the Vacasa Team and they were there within minutes. Thanks Team! The house was clean, well appointed, comfortable and had great lighting inside & out. The area is great - quick access to everywhere you might need/want to go. The pool area is comfortable - lots of seating (shade & sun). We didn't use the hot tub, so can't comment. We didn't have our dog with us this year, but if we'd had, I wouldn't have worried about him as the yard is secure.

Cute house bad management

Booking was easy, good initial communication but no message was sent as indicated, which delayed entrance to the house by 45 min. Had to sit in the car with my son and dogs. House was clean enough, one bathroom was not cleaned. However the pool was absolutely filthy and I let the property manager know immediately. Despite multiple messages and pictures sent they did nothing. It completely tarnished our stay and our experience. There was also poop left around the property from the previous renters dogs.

Pretty good, but not super clean

This home had everything we needed, but it was good, not great. There was a cockroach in the kitchen right when we got there and the kitchen counters were dirty. The pool really needed cleaning and, despite the pool cleaning schedule, no one came on those days. The bedrooms were great! Lots of pool towels was nice too. Just better cleaning would have been nice. Also, Vacasa is a nightmare to communicate with, as always. Unfortunately, Vacasa seems to have somewhat of a monopoly on properties in Palm Springs so this may be unavoidable. Overall, our stay was fine.

Wonderful stay

My family of mixed ages, 5 to 77, had a wonderful time at this rental property. It was clean, well stocked with towels and linens, and nicely decorated. The pool and entire outside area was wonderful, and the check in process was easy and efficient.

Arroyo Vista Home

The home was okay, true to pictures. The home is located in a sketchy area of Palm Springs. Many run down homes in the area. The chair cushions and pillows on the outdoor furniture is is very stained, they need to be washed, but we just removed them. Our WiFi went out one day and the security alarm went off at 2:30 am and both times it was difficult to get a response from the management company. We ended up calling the security alarm company directly. The home was clean inside and had every supply needed for making meals at home. Unfortunately, due to its location I would not rent this property again.

Great place to relax

Very nice place to hang out during our trip to palm springs. Complete visual privacy with several different places to relax around the property. Well furnished though a larger fry pan or wok would be nice.
