Wonderful experience

Very happy with our stay. We came out with some friends to play golf and decided to try renting a home instead of doing a hotel this time. And we are very happy we did. The owners were very helpful and responded to every email very quickly. Pool was nice and warm even though it was 40 degrees outside. House was clean and well stocked with needed supplies. Very happy with everything.

Family trip

We stayed here with our kids and overall it was fine but there were some hazards in the property that weren’t super safe and the landscaping and outdoor area wasn’t well maintained. There were some cactus that had weird placements that were dangerous. Some floorboards were lifted up which caused a tripping hazard in the middle of the kitchen, and some of the wood pool chairs were seriously broken or weathered which caused splinters. Also planes were flying overhead most of the day which surprised us, but it wasn’t terrible. The manager sent out a maintenance person who wasn’t able to resolve the issues during our stay but hopefully has resolved them now. My kids enjoyed the pool, the little golf putting area and the basketball court which made it fun. Also I liked that the doors all had alarms so even though the pool wasn’t covered or gated which I was concerned about for my kids, I would know if someone opened any door to the backyard.
