「Hotel was fine. Room was clean. We parked our car in the hotels lot (locked at night) and took Ubers to Old San Juan (about $12-15). Be aware there are lots of homeless people in the area. 」

「Unbeatable price and location」

「At first I was terrified about the area and did not feel safe. Then there’s my code to the entrance did not work but the representative that I spoke to every time I had an issue he was so professional and sooo amazing at what he does!!! He took care of everything I complained about… first it was the code then the first room they gave me was sooo closed in and I had to explain to him that I suffer from anxiety and depression and have been going through a lot and this is why I took this short...
