“We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon while it was in its soft opening phase. To be fair, since it’s a new property, the room quality and facilities were clean and brand new. The staff initially seemed friendly. However, our experience was completely ruined by their utter lack of professionalism during and after checkout.
We had a massage at the hotel and specifically requested to "post to room" to pay during checkout. When we checked out, we paid for our room service and explicitly asked……
