"The apartment gets a 2 because it was clean and well renovated. But it had lots of problems. The location was 109 bet Bway and Amsterdam, not 107 near Riverside as shown on the map. Living space is one sofa in a kitchen. TV behind the sofa. Dishwasher didn’t work. Two bedrooms like closets, could not have a family in the apartment. A/c in only one bedroom. "We had a group of 7 staying for 6 nights and the apartment was perfect for us. We all had enough space and the 3 bathrooms was really nice. We used the kitchen to cook dinner several nights. The location is amazing, close to the subway station and buses. Only one minor issue was the elevator got stuck with all of us in it. "It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. There was one bedroom with a double and the main part of the apartment had the other double with the bunk beds. The kitchen was good and stocked with basic dishes. The bathroom is good not but only 3 towels but the brought us a fourth one but not any wash cloths. It had a great breakfast place below that had bagels, eggs,...

"This property was safe and very convenient location with transit options just a few blocks away. Several food options nearby as well. The unit itself was clean and stocked, beds were very comfortable. Not many bowls but paper plates were available. Plenty of pots and pans. The entry and elevators were dirty and had a terrible smell."

"Host would have 4-10 hours delay in responding. Property address listed is not where the same adress that the "other" host will text you directly, not through Vrbo. There were cockaroaches, the furniture is old and uncomfortable, towels had stains, not a well kept establishment. Pictures on Vrbo are enhanced, the place looks nothing like the pictures. Custodian did have the place clean for our early check-in. I would not recommend this rental."
