“Great layout but the lighting could be better”

“The place was great, safe, secure, close to everything in Fishtown. Some people may disagree but we actually loved the SEPTA train that would run behind building outside of bedroom window every so often. It was a little loud but somehow comforting! It helped us sleep very soundly.”

“The location was great. Near the Philadelphia Art Museum and close to restaurants. But they had scant front desk service. And way too many high tech amenities which were frustrating to use. The hallways were not lit until you stepped into them. A little scary as there was a delay before they turned on. I’d go back if I were going to the Philadelphia Art museum but I’d stay at a more traditional hotel if I were visiting other historical sites.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. ”

“The communication with this hotel was very poor. Before arriving, we did not receive any clear instructions or important information regarding the check-in process or hotel policies. Although the staff at the hotel were polite, they did not appear to fully understand or clearly explain the policies themselves. The biggest issue was that the policies and additional documents were not clearly disclosed before booking. Since the booking was non-refundable, once we arrived at the hotel, we had no……
