“The property is beautiful. The staff amazing. Food was delicious. Our issues with this stay were all our room. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Hard as a rock! If you have a bad back like I do, be warned. Our room fridge was never stocked the whole week we were there and when we tried to order items by room service, they never showed up. We travel to Mexico so twice a year. All though this was a nice trip, this particular resort will not make the repeat visit list.”

“The room was lovely and well stocked with drinks and small snacks. As well as a plate of fresh fruit and champagne for being an Expedia gold member. The mattress and pillows were super comfy. The biggest perks were the staff and the property. Everyone was so helpful and kind and the entire place was absolutely pristine. There were always plenty of loungers available at the pools and the beach. I do wish they had more permanent shade options on the beach as it was too windy for the umbrellas and……

“Everything was great but it was the staff that made it really special. I would stay again. The room was spotless everyday. It has terrific access to the beach. The only thing is it is such a beautiful location that it is pretty busy, that said we were always able to find a seat.”

“My stay at Punta Blanca Boutique Hotel was exactly the kind of intimate, laid-back escape we were looking for—completely different from the big all-inclusive resorts. The property is small, peaceful, and dog-friendly, which made it feel extra special. With a close-knit team of about a dozen staff, you quickly get to know everyone by name—big shoutout to Jaime, Roberto, Edwin, Alvaro, and Hefe at the bar/restaurant. Amazing crew. Breakfast is included and consistently great, with the team going……

“Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Food was okay. Room was nice - but we ended up upgrading. Location was perfect for beaches we wanted. Would definitely consider staying here again but maybe not doing the all inclusive.”

“Great little hotel. Our room was very nice, large, good bathroom, and great water views from our balcony. The staff are amazing - so friendly. The location is good and easy two minute walk from the ferry. The pool was okay - We spent our days at the beach so didn’t really need a pool. I would stay here again for sure. ”
