「Staff was very attentive and very kind. Food was delicious. Room was spacious and beautiful. I do think that the entertainment area at Lupitas Lounge is too hot. No air can circulate in that area. We watched several entertainers there and each time there were guests that left before the show even started or left during the show because it was just too hot to sit there. 」

「Great rooms and lots of options for dining. Ernesto is a really great activities coordinator. We had a large group traveling together and they were able to make space for us for activities. Dining was a challenge as large parties sitting together was hard to book. The staff overall were great. Amenities and pool areas were well maintained and had different sections for those who like quite vs those who like a little more of a lively vibe. 」

「Let me start by saying. I’m fortunate to have traveled the Caribbean often. I’ve been to Mexico many times over the last 20+ years and Isla Mujeres several times. I’ve stayed in everything from 5 star all inclusive to some down right outdated DIY hotels. Casa Del Jaguar didn’t miss. From the reception to departure everything was handled perfectly. 「We stayed at All Ritmo from July 15 through July 23. We had an amazing experience. I asked for an upgrade when we checked in and was given one for a small increase in price. Our room was on the 4th floor overlooking the beautiful clear blue waters. The room was enormous, with a beautiful balcony, a large bedroom with two queens beds, a full kitchen, living room and bathroom and walk in closet. 「Everyone was wonderful! My husband lost his nice sunglasses at the airport and concierge helped him find a new pair that wasn’t 300. The kids area was perfect for my kids. We have a 3, 4, and 6 year old. Honestly, plan to book again which I never like to do to experience something new, but it actual gave me a break as a mom. 」

「The room is okay we pay to upgrade to the swimup suite. The butter is horrible, yes, I’m naming CESAR. He was doing great of never fulfilling your requests. You need text him three times and go find him at the desk one time to get the things done (request to cleaning the room and deliver a bottle of champagne). Desde el momento de la reservación ya te están atendiendo personalmente por WhatsApp. La chica Alejandra es muy profesional y simpática . Supero nuestras expectativas.
