“Best hotel I stayed in during my whole trip to the Yucatan area. The hotel is guarded by security in the front and once in the courtyard, noticed a whole bunch of turtles on the property. The hitel is clean and refreshing and the staff was very friendly. The maintenance people were constantly working on the property, whether raking the sand or trimming plants. The hotel has a beautiful beach area as well as a pier you can walk right on, giving you access to Cozumels rocky and fish filled bottom……

“My level experience was excellent. From the moment I arrived Oscar from concierge service took care of my every needs. He exudes customer service and brought my experience to another level literally. Sandra was also the best to accommodate my dietary requirements. She listened and gave me the support I needed.
