"Great hotel and location!"

"When we went to pool it was closed for a private event...the room was a place to sleep did not really wow us at all. That being said the breakfast was amazing! The rooftop bar and resteaunt was also very nice."

"Excellent location nested right between Sol and Gran Via. Convenient parking garage directly across from the hotel. Free welcome drink and tapa coupon upon check-in was a nice touch. Two El Corte inglés locations within a few minutes walk added to the convenience. If you stay check out the rooftop bar restaurant at the hotel in front of the hotel across the plaza."

"Pre check in process worked well. I was impressed with the breakfast buffet, variety of products and service. Good location close to department stores, restaurants and easy to get public transportation."

"The bad - don’t expect US quick fast internet WIFI speeds AT ALL. It’s pretty much at 10%. Don’t stay on the 1st floor. It’s cold. Amenities are not consistent in the rooms. And yes, the complaints about the club noise is true. Check in process needs to be streamlined better The Good: The are making improvements The hotel staff is friendly and professionally accommodating Location is EXCELLENT"

"Desayuno muy fresco, bueno y variado. El personal que trabaja ahí, TODOS muy amables y listos para ayudar, guiar, cuidar. La cercanía tanto a compras departamentales exclusivas, como acceso a taxi y parada de los tour buses la hacen una de excelente experiencia. Está Esta es la tercera vez quedándonos en este lugar. Como en todos los hoteles, hay habitaciones con vista muy linda y otras que no."
