10/10 Excellent

"Outstanding place! The pool and spa in the middle of the whole place are great. There is a cool lounge and restaurant also included with the place, breakfast buffet $15- can't beat it. Open at 6am too! Staff is great, very professional and know what the hell they are doing. I recommend to anyone just trying to get away and chill for a day or two..."

"Incredible place to stay. Was impressed the moment we drove up, and could see the families outside playing on the Concourse, and patrons enjoying the fine dining on the outside portion of the adjoining restaurant. Parking structure is gated and very close to the hotel. Hotel design is hip, thoughtful, and overall very cool. Hotel check-in staff was cheerful and attentive to booking details. Room design was very modern, and laid out thoughtfully for travelers to enjoy. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were actually slightly apart, a big difference from the normal.’ toilet right next to the shower.’ layout. We enjoyed a nice dinner at their restaurant, the Roger, and while the menu options may have been a bit pricey., 20-30$, we got the Gnocchi and chicken saltimbocca, and the food was pretty good. The drink options were in line with typical alcohol prices and very good. Our super friendly waiter recommended the milk and cookies tart for dessert, and we also ordered the Saturn dessert, and both were very delicous and reasonably priced. We even went down the next morning for breakfast, with prices ranging from 15-25$, ordering the classic American breakfast and a Roger burger, and again, both great, although bacon could be a little less crunchy. Definitely the best hotel experience we’ve had in a long time, and would 1000% stay here again if given the chance."

"Booked very far in advance for a “water view” room, and when I checked in was given a first floor room that was very small and directly faced the pool. The pool was probably about 15 feet outside our window, with a walkway, only several feet away from our outside window. When I went back to ask the staff for a different room, one that was further away from the pool because we had to wake up very early in the morning, they accommodated us, but kind of had an attitude about it. We eventually moved up to a third floor room at the far end of the hotel, and into a room which was nearly double the size as the original room, and had an actual water view. It was very nice. I guess they reserve the crappy rooms for the Expedia members. Would recommend the hotel call these other rooms “pool view”. The amenities inside the hotel were excellent, but the surrounding area is kind of sketchy with a lot of homeless and encampments set up nearby."
