to put it simply.... inadequate for the number of people that stay.... not enough loos, not enough chairs.... for starters...One of the 2 loos for us all was essentially in the kitchen making it unattractively audible from the kitchenthe suggestion book has suggested an extra 2 chairs for YEARS. poor facility, poor feedback response.
