Recently renovated house in the heart of Ashley Cross. Situated on a quiet 1-way​ street only minutes walk from local amenities. 5 Mins walk from white cliff park and Poole Harbour, Minutes drive to sandbanks beach and Poole quay. 1 min walk to Parkstone train station and 10 mins from Bournemouth Town Centre. Offering 3 spacious bedrooms, with 2 large double beds and 2 x single beds. with 1 ensuite shower room in the master bedroom. New modern bathroom with walk-in shower, Large sociable indoor and outdoor seating areas. Large flat-screen TV's in Lounge and Master Bedroom, Wifi connection through the whole house and garden. Modern Kitchen with cooking facilities and Large Gas BBQ situated next to the outdoor seating areas perfect for socializing with family and friends.
This property is thoroughly cleaned between bookings with all bedding being professionally dry cleaned.

Short break

Stayed in the property for four days. The owner always responded quickly to queries. He even arranged for a free parking permit for us for the duration of the stay. Only downside was that the property was advertised as 3 bathrooms but one of the bathrooms was locked as it was used for storage by the owner. This meant that the main bathroom for our stay was off the kitchen as the only other bathroom on the 1st and 2nd floors was the en-suite to one of the bedrooms. Great house and garden. Perfect for short break. Quiet area. Really enjoyed our stay. So close to Poole, Bournemouth and Swanage. So much to do in the area. Highly recommend!

Good area to see everything from Sandbanks to Bournemouth lots to do every day.

I never got a Check In from VRBO luckily we’d contacted the owner who gave us the Key details. A few things broken but the owner came round and sorted it quickly.

Excellent Location & Responsive Host

Property was very clean and well located - with a car parking permit arranged for us for the duration. It's walking distance of local bars and shops and great to explore Mudeford, Bournemouth, Poole etc. The walk down to the quay is well worth it to visit the beach bar and take in the view. The garden was a lovely space and sofa very comfy. I was surprised to find the main bathroom off the kitchen, but the bathroom was spacious and had a lovely shower. The ensuite wasn't very large but again functional. Liam was very responsive and easy to contact. The kids loved having their own space at the top of the house.

Great stay!

Very nice spacious and cosy place close to shops, bars, park and the beautiful Sandbanks beaches. Very helpful and reactive owner. Well recommended place to enjoy Dorset whereabouts.
