“We were promised internet/wifi and it didn’t work the entire trip. Contacted the property and she said it was but it wasn’t working until the day we checked out. The beds are IKEA very cheap. Clean but cheap. The couch wasn’t comfortable at all. The TV didn’t have an outlet to plug into or an extension cord to reach to another plug. Finally found an extension coming from the side of the refrigerator on the other side of the wall but had to move the tv over to reach. Once turned on, we were back……

“While the apartment was neat, it could have been cleaner and the linens most of all. There were make-up stains all over the towels and bed linens. I had to wash them and then they came out clean. The property manager, Henry, was attentive but it does not minimize that the stove had foul fumes due to a protective coating on the bottom of the stove, which have me a 2 day headache. “Location is the only reason the scores were this high. Cleanliness was mediocre at best. There was dog hair on the couch, dirty floors in areas, black specs on the sheets, cheap finishes, dishwasher didn’t work, walls were paper thin, bedroom outlets didn’t work at all, and we booked a different room altogether. The description did not mention that the washer/dryer, refrigerator and bathroom were in a common area that was accessible by the upstairs tenants, although the bathroom was lockable. To get to the front door from the outside, you have to go behind the townhomes through the common access area which was grass/dirt and not lighted. The washer/dry was in use by the upstairs tenants after 11:00……

“My only issue with the property was the flights of stairs. The apartment is beautifully equipped, spacious and extremely comfortable. I stayed for a week and found it to be less than 10 minute walk to a range of restaurants and shops including a CVS. Check in was easy and they gave me a late checkout as my flight was not until the evening. Highly recommended ”
