"The room was fine. The toilet didn't flush. They provided a plunger. We got stuck in Richmond caused by the FAA. Something about a strange smell at ATC. The room worked for they one night stay. The attached restaurant wasnt that great."

"In the course of 2 weeks, I have stayed at 14 different hotels while traveling through the states. This hotel was by FAR one of the worst hotel experiences I have had on this trip and in my 15 years of traveling. BRING YOUR OWN WASH CLOTHES AND TOWELS. The ones in the rooms are stained; yellow and brown and smell horrible. The floor in my room was sticky and smelled like dirty mop water.. it smelled rancid, my clothes stink still from being there. I was soo scared to open my bags that I slept in my clothes and hoodie I already wore that was dirty. When I asked the staff to clean the floor, they declined and couldn’t switch room either. The bathroom smelled even worse. I left for work and came back, wanted to shower but no hot water, haha. Man… I’m glad to be out of there. The face value of the building and the rooms are amazing but the staffing are really lazy, mean and don’t take you seriously. "

"The room was a little dirty (counters not clean, hair shavings on the counter in the shower, toothpick and q-tip on floor in bathroom). Under renovation so smelled like paint, No longer has a gym affiliation and parking higher than 40 advertised on Hotels.com"
