“The location is great! It has a great restaurants and shops on the same street and is close to the Art Museum, grocery store, and the main street of Condado, which has beach access. This property is great for couples or solo travelers as it is affordable and in a fun part of town. The rooms are a comfortable size and the staff is very kind.”

“The property inside is as shown in the pictures. The outside looks like a regular city ie. NY or Downtown LA. Lots of drug addicts in the area which can create a problem with safety. The water in the bathroom did not work correctly. The shower was either cold or when it got hot for 5 minutes provided scolding hot water. The kitchen stove had to be lit with a match every time. The washing machine did not wash clothes correctly.”
