「Hotel was hard to find, wrong phone number listed on app. In a shady area definitely not somewhere to stay with a family or even your girlfriend, room had no hot water, no safe and tv didn’t work.」

「The room bathroom sink was not working properly. Lack of hand soap. Shower was not working properly either. No hot water. No kitchen on premises. No breakfast included. No wifi in the room. Will not recommend.」

「Our flight was canceled last minute and it was beginning to become dark out, being out of the country and now off our resort left us scrambling. We were able to book at this location for one night, 2 people. Nice hotel, hot water, clean beds, bottled water provided! We felt safe behind locked gate during our stay and was given great travel advice in the morning when checking out high recommended!」

「Staff were inviting, courteous and helpful. Room was clean and air-conditioning worked extremely well. Bed was not comfortable and no washcloths, no microwave in room. However, there was a microwave available at desk, blanket and hand towels available on request. Lovely courtyard!」

「Great staff and vibes. The place is decently maintained, but it is undergoing a transition which was at times noticeable. Food was good. The beach was a bit disappointing. There are no waves and the water is murky. The highlight of the stay was definitely the staff, great people!」

「I wish I had been at the Zilara longer than three days! The room was excellent and perfectly clean and the food was amazing. The only thing that I feel could be improved is having more food options for those of us with dairy allergies, especially desserts. Aside from that, my stay was perfect.」
