My one complaint was that when I took a shower, the drain was clogged and I was immediately standing in 4 inches of dirty water. "It was okay. In terms of the area, it's amazing. Very central. The British Museum is 10 min walk from it. We got to do a lot without using the tube much, which is always nice. In terms of the facilities and personnel, the mattress was uncomfortable & the guy in the breakfast room a bit rude. I guess for the price it's okay, but not brilliant."
