"I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Santhi and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The property was unclean and poorly maintained, with visible mold and cockroaches in multiple areas. "We were 3 adults in 2 rooms. The hotel is in a wonderfully convenient location on the beach front, close to other cafes and reataurants and the shopping strip which is one block back. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the rooms are kept clean. We did feel a bit disappointed that our 2 rooms were not next to each other, even though we had booked in the same booking, and my friend moved rooms on the 2nd day which was easy to arrange. The first room hadn't been cleaned properly, but this was quickly rectified. She also had trouble with condensation forming in the room if the air con wasn't cool enough. But this did not detract too much from our stay and we would stay here again."

"Lovely family hotel. Found it quiet even though it’s just off the bypass. Hotel has its own taxi service which we found easier to use than go jek etc. Staff were all lovely and very helpful. About 10 minute walk to beach. Plenty of warungs and restaurants close by especially if you leave through the back entrance which is open till 9pm. Rooms clean and spacious with great air con in each bedroom and living room. Staff were great at keeping the grounds looking good and I believe spraying them each day to keep mosquitoes away which must have worked as we were not bitten while staying here."

"I loved the large swimming pool, the location by the beach and only 10 min walk to Icon Mall. The breakfast buffet has good varieties. Staff is super helpful anf friendly. It has a fitness center that opens 24×7. The only disappointment is it does not have a sauna and the wait for elevators can take a long time."

The staff were absolutely incredible. We were truly spoiled! Arthur and Hendra always had a smile for us and remembered our drink and food preferences. Hendra was eager to share Balinese cuisine with us and would set aside the Dish of the Day for my wife to try. Our room had a private garden and our desire for privacy was always respected. We work in the customer service industry so we recognize quality employees when we encounter them. When we come back to Bali, we will be sure to stay at Andaz again.
