“Great water front property”

“We stayed here for 5 days and from the time we walked in everything was great and the staff was so helpful! Especially the gentleman at the desk Moe! From getting us a rollaway bed, to giving recommendations when it rained and we had to pivot our plans. He was so personably and truly cared about us as guests! House keeping was wonderful and we especially loved the breakfast! Lots of options and even gluten free for my son who has celiac disease! They had GF bagels,muffins and all! Coffee was……

“The Eureka Hotel, was a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, making for a comfortable stay. However, the highlight was definitely the breakfast, which offered a magnificent view that truly elevated the dining experience. “Upon afternoon arrival, was greeted by sweet young girl (short dark hair) who was extremely friendly & accommodating. Definitely an asset to the resort as were several other service staff members I encountered for assistance. Unfortunately, the same could not be said for the mgr (older woman), who worked morning shift. She lacked professionlism in customer service & came across as being inconvenienced when I asked for assistance regarding rm accommodations. Pitfalls: Not handicap accessible,……
