"The hotel was cute and quaint and for the price the location was wonderful. We had a room overlooking the ocean. You can easily walk to all the places on the hotel zone Street, but most of all the staff made it feel really welcoming and like home. I had to stay an extra day due to my flight and they held the last room for me and gave it at the same price even though it was a fancier room. There was many things to choose from at breakfast and it was very good. They also had very good food, including the ceviche and the Mezcalito’s. I would stay here again because I felt like the Location the breakfast included and everything was a really good price the front staff was amazing and quite honestly, I didn’t want to leave. "

"All the staff was excellent, specially the kids club and family selection! Also David and Cielo my concierges, both were always there for everything we needed and more… Raul from the lobby, all the cart drivers (specially the lady I can’t recall the name) she was the best! The boat driver was top notch, the same with waiters and cleaning crew (our chocolate fairy god mother), thanks to all, we will definitely return! "

"The hotel was very unique. Check-in experience was good... the drive to the hotel was a bit nerve wracking but, that is probably any resort in Tulum. Food while we were there at the resort was good, not amazing, but a solid breakfast. Service could probably be improved on, but they were busy and I could have learned the language. Room was clean, unique and shower was amazing. The acoustics in the room on Saturday night could not keep up with the music from the surrounding areas. Beach was well kept... everyone was fighting the seaweed the weekend we were there. Staff were very pleasant. We asked for additional waters, and they were very prompt with the delivery of those. I appreciated not having a TV in our room. My wife really enjoyed the spa. Plunge pool was a bit too cold for enjoying... but would have been perfect for late spring or summer. We will be back again but will stay for longer... and enjoy some of the classes that they had available. "
