「Yes, stocked enough in the room. A robe would be nice as well as more towels. All was wonderful though, property beautiful with all the plants inside too. The size of the property was perfect; good was great for what i tried at lunch. Drinks and staff very very good 」

「Absolutely perfect! Beautiful room! Fantastic restaurant delicious food! Best beach lounge chairs in the hotel zone and the pool makes the beach club exquisite. This is my fourth time to Tulum this year and my favorite hotel. Honestly, I could not have been more pleased with the property the service and especially my absolutely stunningly beautiful cabin. I definitely will be back!」

「Unser Aufenthalt im Arka Hotel in Tulum war rundum ausgezeichnet und hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das rund um die Uhr über WhatsApp erreichbar war und jederzeit schnell, kompetent und sehr zuvorkommend reagiert hat.
Der Room Service war erstklassig – das Essen war qualitativ hochwertig, sehr frisch und geschmacklich hervorragend. Unser Zimmer war außergewöhnlich groß, sehr stilvoll...

「The owners, Mark and Irina are fantastic host. Chef Derek is great. The place is truly serene and amazingly beautiful. The Glass house is very nice. Highly recommended !
My suggestion: Is to have a small microwave and coffee maker. Also, a dolly to transport the luggage’s to the suites. 」
