“Great location. The customer service was great. Comfortable bed with some great sleep. Convenient to coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. ”

“Listen, I’m not one to give reviews. This place was amazing! It was clean, inviting, well decorated, had all the amenities (Including a disposal and gass stove). It was centrally located in downtown Knoxville on Gay Street. The sheets were even super comfortable and soft. There were many remarks about lighting and noise while sleeping. We did not personally experience that. The guests upstairs were also very quiet and the bar downstairs was far enough away that we did not experience issues with……

“My husband and I wanted to spend our Birthday week exploring a location neither of us had ever visited. The Taylor Loft was located in a central location in historic downtown. It had everything we needed! We walked everywhere and took in all the history of Knoxville. We drove to Meads Quarry 3 miles away for a day of fun in the sun. Saw the sights on a sunset cruise down the river. I highly recommend visiting and the staying at the Loft. ”

“Was very underwhelmed, pictures on the listing were perfect but that was far from what the stay started off as. When checked in and first viewing the listing the home had not been cleaned. I immediately reached out to the host who said “it was a scheduling misunderstanding”, I can say the were quick to get someone out the clean, there were bugs which we don’t know where they were coming from. There was mold in the AC which we asked the host to make sure the cleaners attended to but that request……

“We had a great stay at this perfectly renovated and decorated unit, which was nicely located on the UTK campus. Clear communication from the owners and seamless parking and entry to the building and unit were a plus. Despite the building itself being a bit long in the tooth, it was generally well maintained, and the unit made up for any shortcomings before enterting the condo. The unit was immaculate and well stocked, and the owners provided plenty of nice touches like a welcome tray of……
