"The reception area was bright and clean. The room was large, clean, and the kitchen had almost everything I needed, except a roll of paoer towel which I needed badly. Finding the hotel was very difficult, evdn though it was on a main street and very visible. Even four locals did not know. Why? Because the name of the building the hotel is that of an old church. The appliance in the room are all in good working order, except that the washer dryer has a very peculiar feature where the door could not be opened until the machine has cooled down. Otherwise, all good! Great staff, especially Maria who helped me open the door of the washer dryer on the day I was checking out. Thanks so much Maria!!"

"This studio apartment was really clean and beautiful, we had great views of the city. It is located within good proximity to tower bridge and the shard. Everything was great to be fair. The only issue we had was the very low pressure in the shower."
