We had a wonderful time here. The hotel was in a very good location, easy walking distance from the town. We had a lovely twin room, which was very warm. We were greeted by a lovely lady, but all staff were great. The breakfast was delicious. We would go back.

During my stay the whole of Tunbridge wells had no water. When I called the team in the morning, they explained the situation (out of their control) still managed to get breakfast together for guests. They apologised profusely and communicated well about the situation so I could figure out what to do with the day. Then they honoured compensation for the night. A difficult situation with excellent customer service.

The hotel/rooms are very dated and tired but……the bed linen, towels and bathroom were clean and fresh. The staff are amazing, friendly, chatty and went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. Great breakfast too

Unbeknownst to us, we were upgraded to a very specious, well kept room that we felt very comfortable in. The breakfast included was also a surprise and very good. We appreciated the sincerity of those who were so helpful to us during our stay.
