「The environment is very good, the transportation and parking are convenient, the hotel is clean and sanitary, and the service is good.」

「Clean room and good coffee.」

「Room had a bad smell, bathroom had dirty towels behind the toilet when we arrived. Beds and pillows not very comfortable. The breakfast food gave me food poisoning. The guests staying ran up and down the halls banging on doors not a very relaxing weekend.」

「The bathroom had been recently renovated and there was industrial glue still on the floor. Ruined our shoes. Asked for another room but they claimed to be full. They tried to mop it but claimed there was nothing they could do. Room should have been cleaned properly before being rented. Made my reservation 2 months in advance. Claimed to not being able to do anything because I booked through Expedia.」

「Hot tub made our trip worth the large tag of staying there! We have never payed that much for a room for a night before but the staff was accommodating, pool heated perfectly and hot tub was awesome!」

「Upon arrival for our reservation I was informed that the water was out in the building for 6 hours due to a construction accident, I understand that this is not the properties fault. Fortunately the water came back on around 3 1/2 hours later, I booked the room with an in room hot tub and once the water was back on I gave the water heater about an hour to catch up. After 45 minutes of running the water in the hot tub it was about 1/4 of the way full,to the point that the water was becoming cold...

「close to things you want to visit.」

「May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.」

「Clean rooms. Good place for dogs. Not much on the breakfast」
