“The gal at the front checking us in was completely unengaged from her job. Non talkative. And not welcoming at all. We love the st Clair inn it’s beautiful!!!!!! so we didn’t let that wreck our time.”

“Locating the property is hard!! Got there pictures are NOT updated on line!!! Pulled around back to park and around 5 cop cars arresting a guy!!! We asked one of the cops if we / car is safe, he said he would recommend this hotle!!! But we already paid. rooms up dates but linens were stained and bathroom not cleaned good, walls and windows are paper thin hear EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!! Air conditioner was so load I had to turn it off!!!! Hallway smell was so strong from pot!!!!!! DONT STAY……

“From the staff, to the room, to the included breakfast, and a nice big pool, we enjoyed our stay very much! There’s so much to do in the surrounding areas near water as well. Boat rides, parks, and plenty of restaurants!”

“Used to stay here years ago when it was Quality Inn, was back in town so husband and I thought we would book here. We didn't even end up staying the night because how nasty it was when we first walked in smelled of mildew, dead fruit flies everwhere, Mold around the tub. We changed for our wedding that we had to go to, then decided that neither of us were comfortable staying there, so we left the wedding early to get our things and drive the two hours home.”

“Hotel was okay. Not filthy, but not overly clean. Had an odd smell. Location was great for our needs, however and rooms were fine. Just seemed a bit "aged". Would stay again due to rate and location.”

“The air conditioner didn’t work when we were there, the place smelled of mold, difficult to get in touch with the owners and booking company, issues getting full refund back, very old building that doesn’t advertise the property to how it actually looks. didn’t receive the Wi-Fi password without having to file a complaint about it first, no information cards or contact details in the actual unit itself upon arrival. Fire extinguishers were three years out of date. Extremely overpriced for what……

“The property was well represented. It was very clean. The check-in process was very smooth. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nicely redone it was a bit small and the Barn Door did not open all the way making the doorway difficult for larger people. I would recommend providing an extra set of towels. I would certainly book there again when I have another opportunity to be in Port Huron”
