“The Bed was not made the covers and sheets was throwed back on the bed,no trash bage in the cans”

“Picked the day before mistakenly but they could not change it to the correct date being it was within their 24 hour policy even though they had us as a no show.”

“Hotel had no sign. Was not worth $552 for Thursday-Sunday. Lobby had no chairs or tables. Only a hot water jug, creamer & tea packets. Room was not giving 100+ a night. Dead bugs on window seal. Running A/C unit gave room a terrible smell. Only a table in room. No chairs No iron. No luggage stand to put suitcase on. Had to put it on the floor. Wiped down bathroom countertop with Clorox wipe & it was filthy. Vent fan in bathroom didn't work. 3rd floor was hot & had a mildew musty smell. No……

“The Gator Getaway was a great stop over on our road trip West. Beds were comfy and kids enjoyed seeing the train from the back deck. ”

“No power when we arrived. Supposedly it was a grid problem, but the neighbors had power so I’m not sure. There are some serious maintenance issues like shelves in the bathroom barely hanging on the wall, as well as the top board on the stairs being very loose creating a severe tripping and safety concern. The place really needs some deep cleaning. Cracks in caulking in bathrooms, filthy baseboards, smoke detectors hanging from ceilings, and inconsistent messaging between the message in the app……

“We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay....from breathtaking sunsets to amazing wildlife. The location was perfect for visiting Louisana....close to New Orleans and not to far from Baton Rouge... The beds and couch were extremely comfy and we loved coming home for the day and just hanging out playing pool and board games.... The host and staff were very nice and always available. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends!”

“Started off rocky, then turned out to be a amazing trip,met neighbors,played pool at their place,Driving the boat thingy was my least favorite thing but the driver I had was amazing and by the end of the trip I was ready to drive it! Awesome owner,would definitely stay again!”

“Scam ! We never received information on how to check in . Made several calls and no one had any information. Pulled up to the property (a duplex ) with shoes sitting outside the door. The neighbor came out & in his exact words “assured “ us that this property was unavailable. ”
