Amazing place to stay in

Very clean, beautiful view, so close to the beach( very clean beach ), u will have everything u need there from kitchen equipment to surfing boards, kayaks, bikes, game boards, beach toys, thank u so much im coming back soon

Great Location

A lovely property just steps from the beach. A great spot if you like being around the action. Comfortable beds and great tvs. Kids loved the bunk beds too!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was amazing, being so close to the bay and the beach. We could walk or bike almost everywhere we went. The house was perfect for our family and very comfortable. The putting green, ping pong table, and rooftop patio made it extra special. The check-in process was easy, and all of our questions were answered quickly. I would highly recommend this property.

Great place for a golf trip. Only negative I can even think of is that the water pressure on the bottom floor is really low. Otherwise a great spot.

Last-minute booking for a Thanksgiving getaway. Beautiful property, outstanding location, very responsive management team. Amazing view from both patios. Great access through garage for easy loading and unloading. Plenty of room for 12 of us, six kids six adults

Perfect vacation house

This was an amazing place to stay. Everything is in walking distance really don’t even need a car. Beautiful house very clean and spacious. I would definitely come back here. The company was very quick to respond to a few questions I had and were very helpful.

Absolutely loved it!

Group of 6 adults staying right on the bay with a great rooftop, what more could you ask for! Great location, great check in process, has everything you need! Plenty of towels, stocked with enough amenities, bbq. Only request would be that the knives were sharper and if there were some sort of serving tray to serve food on. Simple request that would not keep me from staying there again!! Fantastic place!!

Great spot for a chill family getaway

Catamaran's location as well as the layout of the unit worked great for our getaway with our three 30-something kids and 6 month old grandson. Between the infant and the not quite beach weather we spent a lot of time in the unit and appreciated the amenities, the living spaces and the views -- especially from the rooftop patio! When we were up for venturing out it was awesome to have such an easy walk to nearby Pacific Beach. The ping pong table and the putting green were fun, but I look forward to returning when the weather is more conducive to paddle boarding in Sail Bay. We didn't have any need to contact AvantStay while there but pre-trip communication with their team was great.
