Very clean, plenty of supplies for cooking and extra bedding.

We spent most of our time on the ocean side beaches It was an easy walk . The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. We could not figure out the pull out bed and no hot water in kitchen. Everything else was perfect. I highly recommend.
