House is perfectly located for all beach vacation activities. Right at beach and convenient for any SD attractions. Very clean, plenty of room, updated kitchen, owner was very responsive.

The place was really nice to stay in and had what we needed for our weekend getaway. I appreciated the beach accessories that it had in the garage and would stay again. The host was very communicative, completing our nice San Diego stay.

Family Getaway

Had wonderful time and house had everything we needed and more. Great location and bikes were a plus. Only drawback was parking situation, definitely not getting 2 cars in the garage with all the bicycles in there and good luck finding a parking spot no matter the time of day for a 2nd vehicle.

We rented Bradley’s beautiful home for my son’s graduation and were pleasantly surprised at how perfect the location was and beautiful the home was. Bikes were definitely a perk that we were so appreciative to have and the bbq and patio was perfect to celebrate with the family. We would absolutely stay again!!

Lovely place for a girls trip!

The house is as described. We all slept comfortably on the beds. Some things worn down and a little dirty (I can imagine it’s hard to ever fully get the sand out ever) overall we loved the location and had a wonderful stay!

Mission Beach

Thank you for the accommodations! We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect! We would highly recommend your place to anyone. We typically stay closer to Belmont, but really liked this location due to the beach not being as packed. The walks to Belmont Park were just the right distance to enjoy the sunsets and ocean breeze. Thanks again for making our stay easy and breezy!

Seaside stay

This is a beautiful home, Located one block away from the beach. The local beach is very family friendly. Parking can be tough, this is a very congested area with lots of travelers. The home does have a garage to park in, but if you drive a full size SUV, it will not fit in the garage. The property has some beach, chairs, umbrellas, and other cool toys to enjoy.

An incredible house in an incredible location

From arrival to departure the experience at Brad and Lynn's beach bay retreat was perfection. Clean and extremely spacious. Only steps to the beach and steps to the bay, walking distance to restaurants and short drive to La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Point Loma or Ocean Beach, this place could not have been any more accommodating! Brad and Lynn went above and beyond as our beach house manger/ host. I've traveled all around the world and I've never had a host that was more entertaining and hospitable than them. I can't wait to go back and stay at the their beach house again!
