「Booked a week in advance. When we arrived the key wasn’t in the lock box. Security guards had no number to call. Found a number in my email. Called and went through the prompts just for them to hang up on me. Called back and then the manager pulled in. She searched around trying to find the key then offered me a different place. We chose that place because it was on the water. So didn’t want a different place. She magically found the key about 30 minutes later.」

「Since we did not get our noon emails from either VRBO or the host, we called the host at 2:16 PM for entry instructions and permission to check-in earlier at 3:30. She was very friendly and gave us verbal instructions for entry and permission for a 3:30 PM arrival.The facility and our room was beautifully restored.The 2 of us used only the big bedroom with 2 Kings and used only 1 bed. 「View is lovely and the condo is very comfortable. Valerie stayed in touch and was helpful. Our family also enjoyed the basketball court and games in the condo. Definitely will stay again if we are in the area.」

「Unit was spectacular. Communication with host was fantastic. I was very impressed. The host really went above and beyond by including travel toiletries and accessory’s in the unit, along with some snacks and water. Truly a wonderful touch. I would absolutely come back.」
