“The property is immaculate. It’s comfortable, it’s cozy, it’s well stocked, it’s right on the beach, there’s a pool, plenty of towels and dishes, and glasses and cooking utensils. It was really hard to leave.”

“The condo was very nice, but looking closer, the sofa had stains and needed cleaning and the floor, all though it was vacuumed, needed mopping, as it was very dirty… My husband was barefoot and his feet were very dirty…Those were the only negatives and overall we enjoyed our stay.”

“We didn’t use pool. Beach access was good. We had issues with internet and front door that was never addressed. We were there for the location. We would most likely stay at seaside but maybe a unit on the beach side. ”

“I have stayed at South Seas many times over many years, so it makes me sad to say I will NEVER go back. The pictures that are portrayed of the unit are all lies! The place is like a ghost town. It is filled with construction workers. Worse yet, you do not have access to the resort or any of its “few” restaurants. You are not told any of this during booking. The pool that you do have access to was filthy. I spoke with the registration person who admittedly took some responsibility for the fact……

“Great location! Kitchen could be stocked more! Fan on porch didn’t work..needed extra pillow covers not enough towels for showers oven doesn’t turn on until you reset the breaker in panel in kitchen floor was wet throughout when we got there had to use beach towels to wipe up pool must not be heated was cool other than that good location oh ya no door mats to clean shoes on and no dust pan and broom to clean up sand on floor and had a hell of a time getting remote to work on tv. I guess we are……

“It's funny, the pictures online do not do this place justice. It's got an incredible and vibrant view of the lush garden walk, and a nice view of the ocean. The on-site tiki bar and grill, plus Dante's Italian restaurant on the property allow you to really extend your day on the beach and are great amenities. And the beach staff were fantastic! Big shout out to Jorge for taking good care of us, and for making sure we always had chairs and an umbrella at the beach. We had bikes delivered here,……
