Welcome to our Cozy home 3BED/2.5BATH located in the beautiful city of North Tustin which is the perfect location for families and business people to get together to work and relax!

We are conveniently Located in a beautiful QUIET area near the 55, 5, 57, 22 Freeways.

3 Rooms / 3 Beds-
Modern and clean: Three bedrooms total, which are equipped with queen sized bed and extra pillows, and an additional air mattress queen is also provided to accommodate additional guests.

Living room-
Spacious space with very comfortable premium leather couch that could also be pulled out with a 65 inch SMART TV, full size horizontal art canvas, and a stylish LED strip light.

2nd Living room-
A stylish and cozy living area featuring a beautiful couch and love seat, perfect for relaxation, complemented by a functional and thoughtfully designed work desk area for productivity.

2.5 Bathroom-
One full bathroom with walk-in shower.
One full bathroom with shower/tub
Half bathroom located next to the living room.

Kitchen-
Stocked with the basic amenities, full sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven and gas stove top. In addition, there is also a dining area which is perfect for a cozy dinner.

Please respect the neighbors. Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after sunset outdoors & 10 PM indoors! Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, a $2,000 fine, and termination of your reservation IMMEDIATELY. We MUST RESPECT the peace of the neighbors. Thank you.

PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING:

- Stolen towels: $10 per towel, no matter the size.
-Excessive trash causing trash bins to overfill $50
- Stolen decorations: $50 per item.
- Smoking in the home: $1000 fine.
- Late checkout past 11 AM without our consent: $200.
- Excessive Guests than reservations: $50 per guest.
- Excessive Cleaning bill if the place is left filthy with trash everywhere: $300.
- Damaged Items in the home will be inspected & be billed to you.

Quiet and homey

The home was immaculate. Very quiet and a very nice neighborhood filled with well-tended homes. We loved the orange tree in the backyard. One suggestion - have more than one wash cloth and have some dish towels. Great stay - thank you Sonny.
