「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「Another great stay apart from one room had not been properly cleaned (bathroom was pretty bad) and we had to raise this with reception. Hotel apologised and made a small compensation gesture in a timely manner.」
