“The place was clean. I appreciated the few bottles of water in the fridge.”

“What a spot — an amazing location literally on the lake! We enjoyed the views, the sunset on the boat dock, and the availability of the house’s kayak that we took advantage of for a spin on Cayuga Lake. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable and while the kitchen is compact, it was fine for two of us to make breakfast. And it’s convenient to all that Ithaca has to offer.”

“Everything was good. I wish the TV reception would’ve been better. I feel bad for people that don’t have any kind of Roku account because they won’t be able to watch TV.”

“Nice place and clean! A little expensive for what it was. I think there were renovations in other places of the barn - there was a bit of banging and noise during our stay, which was a little upsetting.”

“The property was clean and everything was organized so it was easy to find what we needed! Absolutely loved mornings on the pourch”

“This really was a cozy apartment. It looked exactly like the pictures. Jennifer was very receptive to our questions about places to visit. Check-in and out directions were very clear and easy to follow. We enjoyed out time in the Finger Lakes and being able to come "home" at night to this apartment made it very comfortable.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a great place to come back to and unwind after visiting the wine trail event. The property was very well maintained and comfortable. I even slept well, and rarely do that when not in my own bed. A Great place to stay and had everything we needed. ”

“I couldn’t ask for a better stay, close to the lake and perfect view. I highly recommend!”

“This place is amazing, very clean with everything you need for a relaxing stay! Bryan was great and very attentive, We would highly recommend this place.”

“Wonderful, clean place. Would definitely recommend.”

“We had a great stay for three nights. Probably the cleanest property we’ve ever used. Good space and honestly was better in person than the photos on the listing. Parking was great and close enough to town for quick trips for coffee or ice cream! Plenty of towels offered although some were showing wear. There are enough pans and tools to make simple dishes or reheat prepared food. Although we didn’t use it, there is a nice gas grill available as well as a fire pit for each unit. This is a……

“This place is pretty cool, but keep in mind that it's VERY old and despite some refreshing over the years it still shows some age. Also, it clearly has evolved over time with additions and changes that leads to some quirky combinations. Host had good communications and the location really was fantastic in this old town. The deck is fantastic.Unfortunately the mattress we slept on (right side room) was really cheap feeling, unsupportive, noisy, and we kept rolling toward the center. We are……

“Terrific location in downtown Geneva NY. Walking distance to the lake, coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Comfortable king size beds, nice linens, well equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms. Big screen smart TVs, open air balcony with seating. Highly recommended.”

“We've stayed here 3 years in a row. It is a perfect location, close to Watkins Glen and all our favorite wineries and breweries. It rained most of our trip so it was so nice to have a comfy and clean place to relax during the inclement weather.”

“Everything was what we expected: very clean, organized, and looked just like the pictures. We had no issues and a great stay! The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with.”
