“Stayed here for 3 nights and unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. The location was much farther from attractions than expected around 30 minutes from Gatlinburg and close to 50 minutes from parts of Pigeon Forge depending on traffic which added a lot of extra driving each day. The condo itself was smaller than it appeared in photos and several parts of the furniture finishes and amenities felt cheaply done or poorly maintained. The overall unit lacked the comfort and quality……

“Our first visit to the area and we found the place very nice and well appointed. All of the entire place was recently renovated and in great shape. Easy access to all the venues in the three cities neaby. The family kitty was quite the greeter and we enjoyed her personality. Would choose this place anytime we visit. ”

“Overall, the experience was decent. However, there was an ongoing issue with the heating in the master bedroom, which did not provide adequate warmth—especially during the winter months. I reached out to the property manager about this concern, but it was never addressed. As a result, I had to spend my own money to purchase a space heater in order to maintain proper heat. Additionally, parking in the condo lot is very tight and can be challenging.”
