「Room was clean & functional. Front desk staff was friendly; check in was fast & easy. This property is dated a bit. Some upgrades have been done. Room had a slight musty smell that a squirt or two of air freshener could have helped. Breakfast was very basic; fresh waffles and cereal.」

「Their card machine used to make keys for rooms was broken for multiple days and I had to be escorted to my room every time I needed access. Sometimes I waited at my door for over 10 min for security/maintenance to arrive to let me in. Zero amenities or compensation offered for the significant inconvenience. 」

「There were a lot of younger children for the kick back and relax. A large number of them came out of the pool without drying off and drenched the tile floor in the eating area. The staff put signs out and had to mop up the floor. I notice more and more younger children, sometimes unsupervised during our stays. We stay at Drury Inn a couple of times a year. 」

「2nd floor ice machine wasn't working. Checking out Sunday morning lady at front desk very rude. Same lady getting coffee in the food area. I asked where something was. She looked at me like I was bothering her. And she walked away to front desk. Other than that place was awesome.」
